Fiesta Village Remodeling Almost Completed

In addition to upgraded landscaping and new gas grills - our apartment complex is also being repainted. I thought I'd post what the new paint job looks like. BEFORE:

AFTER: I think the new paint job looks much better. And when you consider I don't pay any utilities - have free internet access - and live in one of the best neighborhoods in the East Valley.. a $30 rent increase is no problem for me at all. Here's is a picture of the old Bank of America building that I took today, it's the tallest building in Mesa, which I live a block away from.
